Resistance & the US 2018 Elections

The mid-term elections in the US are shaping up to be of historic importance. Will voters be able to stop the Trump Republican offensive against the common good? Can the Democratic Party be brought back to its New Deal/Great Society heritage or is it too beholden to Wall Street? Can the Bernie reformers prevail over the Clinton Establishment? Is a Third Party a viable option? How can popular social movements shape the direction of the country? These are among the questions that will be debated in this open forum.
