Co-founders of the Mexico Solidarity Project, Bruce Hobson and Meizhu Lui will speak on why North American progressives should understand why Mexico is critical to advancing a vision of socialism and multiracial democracy in the United States.

Mexican filmmaker Enrique García Meza has made a documentary that delves into the grief of the parents and families of the students. He will be in San Miguel to present his film “Ayotzinapa: The Turtle’s Way” and to remind us all of the importance of solidarity
