As mankind is threatened by the collapse of the ecosystems, filmmakers Cyril, Mélanie, Alexandre, Laurent, Raphäel and Antoine, all in their thirties, set out to explore the world in search of solutions that can save their children, and with them, future generations. The team went to 10 countries : France and Reunion Island, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, India, Great-Britain, United States, Switzerland, Sweden and Iceland to seek out the most successful experiments that could tell a new story of the future.

Tomorrow (in French Demain)is a hugely positive, affirming and inspirational film, exploring creative solutions in the field of food, energy, transport, economics and education. It visits permaculture farms, urban agriculture projects, community -owned renewable projects, local currencies, creative schools, ambitious recycling projects. It has been a huge boost to community-led projects, and is regularly receiving standing ovations, leading to the formation of many new community projects.

Tomorrow has been a phenomenon in France where it has been shown in communities, schools, at the United Nations, the European Parliament, in board rooms and local governments. It also won “Best Documentary” at the Cesar Awars (the French Oscars). The film has been a huge boost to community-led projects and regularly receives standing ovations, leading to the creation of many new community actions.

As the film is two hours long, it will be shown in two parts Part 1 covers sections on Climate change, Food, Agriculture and Energy. Part 2 covers the issues of Economy, Democracy and Education.
