Today it seems that many of our critical faculties are experiencing a fitful sleep. We daily receive a plethora of "information", but we often don't seem to have the tools with which to analyze what we are taking in. We need to step back and look at our political and cultural history. What is fascism and what is capitalism and what is the relationship between them? Is there room for hope? How can we craft our future? Can we afford to dream?

Gregory Diamant has been an activist in the movement for civil rights; a vocal participant in anti-war and anti racism struggles, as well as worker organizing campaigns. He has also been a volunteer supporter helping homeless women in their struggles and working in animal rescue organizations. Lastly he has performed in a number of plays, most notably Howard Zinn's one man show, Marx in Soho.
