Es posible trabajar sin jefes? Cómo se tomarían las decisiones? Y que efecto tendría en las empleadas y empleados?

Renata encontró respuestas a estas preguntas estudiando, trabajando y viviendo en empresas cooperativas, un modelo de negocios en que la empresa misma pertenece a sus trabajadoras y trabajadores. En este seminario, Renata resolverá dudas sobre qué son las cooperativas, cómo formarlas, y por qué se han vuelto su facinación máxima durante más de una década.

Renata Ballesteros vive para crear con un mundo donde todos y cada uno tengan el tiempo y los recursos para jugar, cantar, aprender, nadar en ríos límpios y caminar en bosques sanos. Es licenciada en Estudios Internacionales y  recibió su certificación en Desarrollo de Empresas Cooperativas en Madison, Wisconsin en 2014. Ha visitado trabajado en proyectos cooperativos por toda Centro y Norteamérica y ahora vive in Chicago.
