Este simposio examina las preocupaciones sobre la minería por la extracción y contaminación del agua en nuestra región y por la devastación que sufre el acuífero que abastece de agua a siete municipios, donde actualmente se extrae agua a más de doscientos metros de profundidad con un índice de fuerte metales como arsénico y fluoruro.

We will depart from San Miguel early in the morning for an about two and a half hour drive to Morelia, known as the pink city, because the pink limestone used to build all of the historical mansions and churches. There we will spend one night, and almost two full days.
