Now that Latin America's "Pink Tide seems to be receding as some of those leaders have died, some have lost power to conservative U.S. friendly leaders, some have had to seriously compromise their hopes.  Panelists Chris Kellogg and Cliff DuRand will explore the question What Happened to the Pink Tide in Latin America?  Discussion will focus on Brazil, Venezuela and Cuba and efforts to build a new 21st century socialism.  For more analysis go to:
