World Food Crisis and Local Solutions

Much of the world's population suffers from severe food shortages. And that was the case even before the war in the Ukraine.  Ben Ptashnik and Victoria Collier will examine this crisis. They operate a permaculture farm near San Miguel de Allende. They will show us around their farm and its many projects that benefit the community.
