What is Mexico's stance on the Israel/Palestine conflict? How does it relate to U.S. policy and the positions of other Latin American countries?

Lulú Guerrero studied International Relations at Universidad de las Américas in Mexico City, her final thesis was on "The Falklands War and the Military Government in Argentina." She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Global Justice and has worked with several social organizations here in San Miguel de Allende. She has also taught at Escuela Normal Superior in Guanajuato, and Universidad Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de San Miguel. She is currently working on a Master's Degree in Education.
